Passed away on April 11, 2018. Beloved wife of Frederick "Fred" Barlow; dear mother of Kathleen "Katie" (Neal) Rosen, Elizabeth (Brian) Rogers; adoring grandmother of Isabel, Claudia and Jack Rosen, Mae and James Rogers; loving sister of Susan (Dick) Miller and Elizabeth "Liz" Dickman and her two brothers John and Tom Tevington; daughterin-law of the late Catherine (Clouden) Barlow. Friends and family may call Saturday from 3-7 PM at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME, INC. (Southtowns Chapel), 3155 Orchard Park Road, where a Funeral Service will be held Sunday at 1:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Hospice Buffalo, 225 Como Park Blvd., Cheektowaga, NY 14225. The family would like to thank Team 5 at Hospice Buffalo for all the wonderful care they gave Linda.
