Age 78, of West Seneca, NY, passed peacefully January 20, 2017, beloved wife of the late John R. Zak; dear mother of John Jeffrey (Deanna) Zak, Lynn Marie Myers and Laura (Steve) Gorzynski; loving grandmother of Elizabeth, Amelia, Natalie, Zachary, Alexander, Jack, Meredith and Claire; daughter of the late Casmir and Jane Tomicki; sister of Marie (Robert) Snow; predeceased by siblings, Casey Tomicki and Delphine (Jack) Weser. Patricia was a graduate of the E.J. Meyer School of Nursing, Class of 1958. Funeral from the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME, INC. (Southtowns Chapel), 3155 Orchard Park Rd., Wednesday at 10:00 AM and from St. John Vianney Church at 10:30 AM. Friends may call Tuesday from 4-7 PM.
