Kosinski, Ralph M.
November 9, 1948 ~ February 15, 2025 Of Orchard Park, NY. Dearest husband of Judith (Siwy) Kosinski, beloved father of Tatiana (Jonathan Emdin) Kosinski and Olya Kosinski; very devoted grandfather of Clifton McDuffie. Dear brother of Michele (David) Klauck and Paul (Amy) Kosinski. Loving son of the late Elizabeth (Rudnicki) and Chester Kosinski. Cherished brother-in-law of Shari Siwy, Carol (late Phil) Berkeley, Bill (Laurie) Siwy, Paul (Wendy) Siwy and the late David Siwy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, all of whom he had wonderful memories with. Special loving godfather to Jesse and Nathan Deganis Librera and Victoria Klauck. Ralph also leaves behind many treasured friends and neighbors. Ralph proudly served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War from 1968-1974, then served another 4 years in the Navy Reserves in the 80’s. He flew as a member of VP-93, serving as Acoustic Operator on P3 planes, earning a Meritorious Commendation and the National Defense Service Medal. He truly loved his time in the Navy, his world travels and his Navy comrades. Following his time in the service he attended Purdue University and became a Chemical Engineer, a career he enjoyed and gave much to, working at DuPont until his retirement. He will always be remembered for his exceptionally kind heart, his devoted love of his family, treasured time on family vacations and the memory of his beloved cats Kitsu, Tiger and Christmas. Friends and family may visit Friday from 4-7 PM at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME INC. 3155 Orchard Park Rd.(716-675-9027). A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday at 10:30AM at Nativity of Our Lord Church, 26 Thorn Ave, Orchard Park, NY 14127. Please assemble at church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ralph’s name to Notre Dame Academy (260 Okell St., Buffalo, 14220) or the Ten Lives Club (3741 Lakeshore Rd. Blasdell NY 14219).
