Karovski, Judith A., R.N.
of West Seneca NY, passed away peacefully at home on February 26, 2025. Loving wife of 60 years to Nicola (Nick) Karovski, Loving mother of Brian (Tina) Karovski and cherished Nana of Matthew Karovski and Vincent Latona. Daughter of the late Victor B. Lampka, M.D. and Emily P. (Swierczynski) Lampka, R.N.. Sister of the late Susan (Robert) Brooker, and Jim (Diane) Lampka. She is survived by many loving in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Family and friends may visit at Sunday March 2nd from 2-6pm at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME INC. 3155 Orchard Park Rd. 716-675-9027.
A Prayer Service will be held Monday March 3rd at 10:00AM the St. Matthew's Cemetery Chapel, 180 French Rd. West Seneca, NY 14224.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Reserve Hose Fire Company, West Seneca NY or The Erie County SPCA.
Known as "Judy" or "Miss Judy" to non family members, she was a life member of Reserve Hose Fire Company, where she was an EMTD. She had a passion for all animals and love of giving gifts. Her favorite pastime was crossword puzzles and perpetual learning Judy was retired R.N. from Sisters Hospital with over 30 years and 20 years at the Erie County Department of Health. After her retirement she became and instructor with the Buffalo Board of Education as well as substitute school nurse. She graduated from Sister's Hospital School of Nursing, Buffalo NY.
