Many people knew him as John, others knew him as Clint, but everybody knew him as a kind, generous and loving man with his sharp wit and always a funny story to share, he held a smile that made you feel as if he had been waiting just for you. He volunteered to serve his country in the Korean war and was celebrated as a hero in Washington, DC as a member of the Honor Flight program. He passed his love of golf and woodworking to several of the young men in his family. By far his greatest achievement of all was the storybook love that he shared with his wife Eileen for over 60 years a role model of a perfect parent that he passed on to his children and grandchildren. He will never be forgotten and always be loved for ever
