STROBELE, Joseph W. Sr., passed away May 19, 2025, at the age of 93, beloved husband of the late Alice (Dudas) Strobele, late Sue (Gilbert) Strobele and loving companion of Maria Klaskala, dear father of Sue (George) Giambrone, Cheryl (Jim) Kane, late Joseph W. Strobele, Jr., late Karen Lewis, Debbie Strobele, David Strobele, late Brian (Jesica) Strobele, Lori (Eugene) Kmidowski, Shelley (David) Lillis and Michael J. Strobele, loving grandfather of 20 and great grandfather of 6, brother of the late Clara (late Ed) Strasser, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday May 22nd at St. Martin of Tours Church at 10:00 am, please assemble at church, no prior visitations. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Bishop Timon High School and or the Alzheimer’s Society. Joe was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy, a retired Buffalo Fire Fighter and was in the first graduating class of Bishop Timon High School, he was very active in many ministries at both St. John the Evangelist Church and St. Philip the Apostle Church, he was also a member of the Lions Club.
