Obituary of Neil Kavanaugh

Passed away peacefully on August 12, 2025. Beloved husband of Ellen (Egan) Kavanaugh, Dear father of Neil, Owen and Rory Kavanaugh. Son of the late Anne Courtney-Kavanaugh and Lawrence M. Kavanaugh Sr., Brother of Mary Ellen Kavanaugh, Mark (Julie) Kavanaugh, Lawrence M. Kavanaugh Jr., Nell Kavanaugh, James (Laura) Kavanaugh, Matthew (Melinda) Kavanaugh, Martha Kavanaugh and the late Clare Kavanaugh. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends. Family and friends may call on Sunday from 2-8pm at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3155 Orchard Park Road in Orchard Park (716) 675-9027. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Nativity of Our Lord Church in Orchard Park on Monday at 11:00am (please assemble at church). In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Donoway Center Foundation at https://donowaycenterfoundation.org/. Neil was the President of Consumers Beverages and Director of the N.Y.S. Association of Beverage Centers.
