passed away on September 6, 2025, beloved husband of the late Patricia (Maharan) Foley, dear father of Kevin (Susan) Foley, Joseph (Brenda) Foley, Mary Pat (Rob) Rozeski, Timothy Foley, and the late James (Margaret "Peggy") Foley, beloved grandfather of Nicholas, Patrick, Joseph, Michael (Mia), Julia and Sean Foley. Elizabeth, Sarah and the late Robbie Rozeski. Courtney (Jamie) Viotto, Connor Foley. Great grandfather of Ryan and James. Son of the late James J. and Julia (Moriarty) Foley from County Kerry, Ireland. Dear brother of late Elizabeth (late Robert) Benbenek and late Timothy (late Jane) Foley. Stepbrother of Anna “Nancy” (Michael) Martin, Sister Theresa Moore, SSJ and Kathleen Frawley, the late Patrick (Chris) Frawley, late Michael (Dianne) Frawley, late Sister Timothy Michael (Mary Lou) Frawley OSF, and late James (late Mary) Callahan, also survived by many nieces and nephews. James retired after 37 years as a Captain from the Buffalo Fire Department.
