Donations may be made at: https://preserve.nature.org/page/80429/donate/1 Brian lived a life filled with the things he loved most: family, the outdoors, and the simple joys that made every day his own. He was a classic-car enthusiast and never passed up a good NASCAR race, traveling to tracks like Watkins Glen, Daytona, and Atlanta Motor Speedway just to feel the rush in person. He was a loyal Bills and Mets fan, & also cherished memories of going to Sabres games with his dad at Memorial Aud. Some of his happiest days were spent at Great East Lake in New Hampshire or on Oneida Lake with his family, and during nicer weather you could always find him golfing with friends and family, or settling in for Saturday night Scat games. He was a master of the grill, adding just a touch of beer to everything, and he looked forward to every fishing trip and hunting season shared with his brothers-in-law and friends. Brian played beer-league softball for Gordy’s & coached his children’s little league teams; he was the kind of father who showed up every time. He was a natural handyman and former mechanic, who could fix anything put in front of him, and throughout his years working at Integer, he made friendships that lasted well beyond the workday. Though he claimed to be tough when it came to dogs in the house, that exterior didn’t stand a chance when Kyle brought home Chef, who quickly became Brian’s shadow and best buddy. Above all else, Brian was a devoted husband and father whose heart belonged to his family. For 39 years he and Kim shared a life built on love, loyalty, and growing up together. From childhood sweethearts to prom dates, through college, marriage, buying their family homes, raising their children, welcoming grandchildren, and celebrating his retirement, their story was one of devotion, laughter, and a bond that only deepened with time. Brian adored his three grandchildren, & always was ready with a joke, a laugh, or a moment that made them feel cared for. Brian’s story is one of deep love, hard work, and a life fully lived, and the legacy he leaves behind will be carried in the hearts of those who loved him most.
