Passed away on December 21, 2025; Beloved wife of the late Donald T. Murcko, dear mother of Judith T. Murcko, Matthew J. (Hallie) Murcko, Carol M. (Andy) Smith and the late Donald J. Murcko, loving grandmother of Caroline, Emily (Alex) Way, Eleanor, Grant, Audrey, Catherine, Ava, and Thomas, great grandmother of Logan, Dean, Henry and Oliver, daughter of the late Clement and Eleanor (McCullough) Higgins, sister of the late Joseph (late Jeanne) Higgins and the late William Higgins. Friends and family may call on Saturday, December 27th from 3-7:00pm {no wake services Sunday} at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3155 Orchard Park Road in Orchard Park. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday December 29th at 10:00AM at St. John the Baptist Church in Boston, NY. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Kavinoky Theatre, 320 Porter Ave., Buffalo, NY 14201 in Althea’s memory.
