Obituary of Michael D. Farrell Sr.

Passed away February 18, 2026. Beloved husband of the late Janice (Schulz). Dear father of Nancy (Cliff) Farrell-Pyne, Lisa (Joe) Coughlin, Michael D. Jr. (Gina) and Carrie Farrell; Loving grandfather of Justin (Jennifer), Kevin (Adrionna), Brad (Jordan), Michael III (Hanna), Morgan (Dylan), Jason (Samantha) and Danny. Great grandfather of eight. Brother of Sheila (late Peter) Folan, Sharon (Peter) Talty and the late Kathleen (Ray) Albee. Also survived by many many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at 11:30AM at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church 3148 Abbott Road Orchard Park, NY. Please assemble at church. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Hospice Buffalo. Mr. Farrell was a retired Tug and Buffalo Fire Boat Captain.
