Obituary of Donna Milks

Passed away on May 9, 2026, beloved wife of the late Neil R. Milks of Hamburg, NY, dear mother of Lynn Milks, Neil Milks, Becky Milks and Katie Milks, sister of Jeanne Anne Nist and the late Patricia (late David W.) Brown, also survived by many nieces and nephews, she was an awesome grandma to her grand puppy Nala. Friends and family may call on Thursday May 14th from 4-8:00 pm at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3155 Orchard Park Road in Orchard Park (716) 675-9027. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 10:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Athol Springs, NY, please assemble at church. The entombment will follow Mass at Holy Cross Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined, the family wishes that donations may be sent to the South Buffalo Community Table, 185 Southside Pkwy., Buffalo, NY 14220 in her memory. Donna and her husband Neil were married in 1965 and spent nearly 50 years together before his passing in 2015. They raised 4 children together. Donna loved her family more than anything and it showed in everything she did. Donna was a wonderful woman, with a fun-loving personality and a great sense of humor. She befriended people everywhere she went. She had a strong sense of faith that helped her through hard times, and she participated in the prayer shawl ministry at St. Francis to help others through their hard times. She will be missed incredibly by all who knew her and will be in our hearts forever.
