Loving sister of Michael (Devon) Chase, Matthew Chase, Brendon (Alyssa) Chase, Margaret Chase and Maureen (William) Barnes. Dear aunt of Emma, Cullen, Sophia, Tiernan and Connell. Also survived by best friend DJ Kabel, many aunts, uncles, step siblings, cousins and friends. Friends may visit Monday May 18th from 2-7PM at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME INC. 3155 Orchard Park Rd. 716-675-9027. A Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday May 19th at 9:30AM at St. Teresa's Church 1974 Seneca St. Please assemble at church.
