Milligan, Cathleen M., passed away on May 15, 2026, loving partner to John Carella, loving mother of Charles (Rebecca) Reczek and Rebecca (Matthew) Holtz, beloved grandmother of Riley Reczek, Ella Reczek, and Hailey Holtz, daughter of Patricia Milligan and the late John Milligan, sister of Colleen (Mike) Miller, Lisa Milligan, John (Roseanna) Milligan, Brian Milligan, Lynn (Joe McNamara) Milligan, and Timothy (Jill) Milligan, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, May 20th at 9:30 am at St. Martin of Tours Church, 1140 Abbott Road in S. Buffalo, please assemble at the church.
