Don & Mary Alice, It's been many years since we have seen each other, but I still remember all fun times we shared when I was married to (Ron Mavrek). Please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of your son. I can't image the grief you are feeling as no parent should have to go through this not once but twice. Patrick is my nephew & best friend. He was full of fun & I loved hanging out with him. He loved helping people & was a great handy man like his dad. The last thing he helped me out with was fixing a garage door which I could not handle & He figured it out for me with no problem. Im going to miss him for sure & happy he had little suffering on his journey. RSP Pat. You deserve it my brother.

I meet Pat while working at Eastman Machine Shop after a few months Pat and I got a job at Dresser Rand in Wellsville, Pat lived with me in my cabin until he got his own place in Bolivar. We had a lot of good times together sitting around the campfire and playing horseshoes. Pat was the best man at my wedding he was very happy that I had asked him and my gave him a palm tree that he had liked for a gift. I loved that tree he would come over and talk to it I finally told him to take it home with him it was his we put it in the back of my pickup and he sat with it all the way to his parents house because he did not want anything to happen to it. I will always remember the look on his face when i gave him that tree. Life's choices sent us in different directions but I was glad that I had the chance to meet him. I am so very sorry for you loss Don , Mary Alice and Ashley. He is finally at peace .

Pat and my ex husband worked together in wellsville for many years ,Pat lived in our cabin with us we spent many nights sitting around the campfire listening to music and talking I missed him when he got his own place in Bolivar. I will always remember the good times we had together

Mr. & Mrs. Byrne, I was so sorry to hear of Pat’s passing. Please accept my deepest sympathies for your loss. Pat was part of our Snyder Beach gang of friends during our teenage years. He was fun-loving, easygoing, a true gentleman & always quick with a smile. I have so many fond memories of spending time with Pat- riding on his boat, gathering around bonfires on the beach, sharing lots of laughs & enjoying the many carefree summers we spent together at Snyder Beach. Those were special times & Pat will always be a cherished part of those memories. My thoughts & prayers are with your family during this difficult time.
