To Nancy’s family and friends,
I just happened to encounter Nancy’s brother, Tim Ellis, on November 2, Election Day. We chatted and discovered we grew up in the same neighborhood of Hamburg. I told Tim I vaguely remembered the Ellis family, but when he mentioned Nancy, the memories came back. She was close to my age and I realized that I did know her from the neighborhood. Then Tim told me of Nancy’s illness and impending death. I was so sad to hear it. Nancy is gone much too soon. I am sorry you have to bear this grief. God bless you all.
