McNAMARA, Margaret “Marge” (McMahon), passed away on March 14, 2024, beloved wife of the late Edward P. McNamara, dear mother of Eileen (late Gerald) Slisz, Daniel, Kevin (Elizabeth), Steven and Mary Pat McNamara, Loving grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, sister of the late John L. McMahon, late June (late Jeremiah) McCarthy, late Dolores (late Lawrence) Halpin and the late Lillian (late William) Culhane, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends and family may call on Friday from 3-7:00pm at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3155 Orchard Park Road in Orchard Park. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am at St. John the XXIII Church (please assemble at church). The interment will follow the mass at Holy Cross Cemetery. Marge was a member of the Daughters of Erin, a volunteer at Meals on Wheels and was a very active member of St. John the XXIII Parish for many years and a graduate of Mount Mercy Academy.
