Halpin, Barbara J. (Ekey), passed away June 18, 2024, loving mother of Mary Camus, Suzanne Avery, Martina (Dan) Hiam, Martin (Becca) Halpin and Joanne (Jim) Pohlman, loving grandmother of Shane (Victoria) Avery, Joshua O’Connor, Jessica (John) Persichini, Paige Avery, Danny Hiam, Peyton Gattie, Alex Hiam, Abby Pohlman, Ethan Halpin and Morgan Halpin, great grandmother of Weston, Ellie, Lennox, Margo, Sienna and Dori, daughter of the late Joseph and Irma Ekey, sister of Lawrence (late Rita) Ekey, late Richard Ekey and the late Donald (Sandra) Ekey. Friends and family may call Thursday June 20th from 3-7:00 pm at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3155 Orchard Park Road in Orchard Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Wounded Warriors, Hospice Buffalo and or Roswell Park Comprehensive Care Hospital c/o: Research Deptarment. Barb worked at the Veterans Hospital for many years, loved her grandchildren and attended all their sporting events.
