Although aunt Donna will be missed, her life was always filled with loving family. When I first met aunt Donna over 40 years ago in Chicago, I realized how much she loved her many brothers and sisters, children, nieces, and nephews. The addition of grandchildren brought her additional joy. We always enjoyed her visits with uncle Leo to see us in Virginia, North Carolina, and Myrtle Beach. Although she will be greatly missed, we can all take comfort in knowing her strong and devoted faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will serve her well as she departs this life and awaits paradise . Please accept our Deepest Condolences. Mrs Astyk as I always called her for over 50 years was a big part of my extended family, through Larry and my sister Karen. She always made me feel welcome and of course her Lazy Pierogi that she sent home with me. She always said there is plenty more and I would gladly take it off her hands.!!!!, sometimes eating it right out of the Refrigerator, the best I ever had..As the years went on my Husband Wayne got to know her and we spent time together in Buffalo her door was always open.Then in Florida when she visited, Jim and Liz. To the family,Hoping that you are comforted by memories,the caring of others,and the healing power of time.God Bless With Love, respect and prayers, Sharon and Wayne Turner
