Robert (Virginia) Fitzer; aunt of Elaine
(Matt) Curreri, Carol Fitzer, Susanne
(John) Heslin and Mary (Denis) Drum;
great-aunt of Christopher, Michael,
Kristen, Sean, Katherine, Jennifer, Ju-
lianne, Timothy, Trey and Erin. Family
will receive friends on Monday from
10-11 AM at the JAMES W. CANNAN
FUNERAL HOME INC. (Southtowns
Chapel), 3155 Orchard Park Rd. A
Mass of Christian Burial will be held
Monday at St. Thomas Aquinas Church
at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, donations
may be sent to the Sisters of Mercy,
625 Abbott Rd., Buffalo, NY 14220.
Joanne retired from Frontier Central
Schools after 35 years of teaching. She
was a graduate of Mount Mercy Acad-
emy, Rosary Hill College and earned a
Masters of Elementary Education from
Buffalo State College. Joanne was very
active in several ministries at St. Thom-
as Aquinas Church.
