A Funeral Service will be held Monday at 11:00AM at St. Simon's Episcopal Church 200 Cazenovia St Buffalo, NY 14210 (Please assemble at church)
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to West Seneca Before and After School Club
Chris played West Seneca soccer and hockey, he enjoyed archery and many outdoor activities.
