Carol and family, Frank & I are so very sorry for your great lose. Because of Frank's poor health we were unable to attend Paul's services. Warren Derner, another retired policeman, actually told us about his passing. Less than two weeks ago Frank talked about his years working with Paul and said he would like to reach out to him on a day when his speech was clearer and Paul could understand what he was saying. It has been a long time since we had contact with the two of you. Time passes so quickly and we don't get to do everything we would like to. They had loads of stories they could have shared working together in the cartography department at headquarters for all those years. Please accept our sincerest condolences.
