Obituary of Blanche June Talty

Passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday May 15, 2018.  Blanche was the loving daughter of Charles and Winifred Stumpf, devoted wife of the late Thomas Francis Talty.  Beloved mother of Kathy (Jack) McCarthy, Susan Talty (D. Michael Colvard), Thomas Jr. (Jewel, good friend), Peter (Sharon), Mary Talty (Jeff Brady), Laureen Talty (Glen Green), Darleen (Michael) Tarner and Joseph Talty

Cherished grandmother (Nana) to Carrie, Amie, Tom, Kevin, Matthew, Caitlin, Megan, Peter, Thomas, Mark, Jeffrey, Tyler, Mary Claire, Katie, Zachary, Benjamin, Kristen, McCullough and the late John and Colin.

Treasured great grandmother (G.G.) to Jacob, Mia, Emma, Owen, Kami, Aidan, Abby, Olivia, Scarlett, P.J., Maeve, Tommy, Madison, Jack, Colin, Griffin, Thatcher and Beau.

Friends may call Friday from 4-8PM at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME INC. (Southtowns Chapel) 3155 Orchard Park Road.

A Mass celebrating the gift of Blanche’s life will be held Saturday at St. Martin of Tours at 9:30AM (Please assemble at church) 

Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Our Lady of Victory Infant Homes and/or Hospice Buffalo.
