I worked for SSA in the adjoining office to Collette. Spoke frequently. She was once described to me by a coworker as “the nicest person in the office”. Description was apt. Always pleasant & interested in other people, which is probably why she was volunteering when I ran into her at Mercy hospital when she was 90. My sincerest condolences to her children, whom she spoke of often at work.
