Husband of Shirley A. (McCusker); father of Mary Beth (late Kenneth Newsom) Rieman, Catherine A. (Gary) Jenner, Russell J., Jr. (Melissa) Rieman, Barbara M. (Barbara Schaus) Rieman, Margaret R. (Robert) Flynn, Richard J. (Leslie) Rieman and beloved daughter Rose; also survived by 12 grandchildren, three greatgrandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews. Russ was retired from the Buffalo Police Department and was a Marine veteran who served in the Korean War. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 10:00 AM at St. John Paul XXIII Parish, 1 Arcade St., Buffalo, NY 14224. (Please assemble at church.) No prior visitation.
