Beloved husband of Diana (Knox). Dear father of Thomas F. Jr. (Theresa) Lauber, Michael (Natalie) Lauber, Susan (Cornel) Dore and Paul (Amy Jo) Lauber. Devoted papa of Joan (Kurt) Schluchter, Katie (Dave) Reisberg and Christine Lauber, Christopher and Colin Dore and Madison Lauber. Loving greatgrandfather of Allison, Luke, Nora and Ella. Son of late Harry J. Sr. and Marie (McGowan) Lauber. Brother of Harry J. Jr. "Buddy" (Anne) Lauber. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins and cherished by Maureen "Cousin Moe" Myers. Friends and family may call Friday from 3-8pm at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME, INC., (Southtowns Chapel) 3155 Orchard Park Road. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 9:30am at St. Martin of Tours Church (please assemble at church). Interment will follow the mass at Lakeside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Mount Mercy Academy, 88 Red Jacket Parkway, Buffalo, NY 14220 and/or to the Maureen Lippert Rago Palliative Care Center at Mercy Hospital, 565 Abbott Road, Buffalo, NY 14220. Tom was a retired Buffalo Firefighter, a 3rd Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus Mgsr. Nash Council and a U.S. Army Veteran.
