We were fortunate to know Fran. We had some adventures together with Fran and my sister Audrey. One of the most memorable was the helicopter trip to find the Stellars Sea Eagle in the Juneau area. On another trip we traced down her roots in England. She enjoyed travel as long as it included some birding! We always enjoyed visiting with Fran and having some lively discussion of natural history. She will be missed but not forgotten. Judy and Jim Hauck
