Mrs. Prenatt was my Instructor during the '88-'89 school year at BOCES. She was my mentor and I tried to make her proud through these years. She accompanied us to a Conference in Syracuse, we enjoyed her so much ,that we invited her in to our hotel room to just hang out, she was so much fun. She shared her wisdom, even instructing us to have only girls, as they were best.. and I did, and she was right. I have baked using her Sally Lunn cake recipe for over 25 years , my girls all know it well. Every bit of what Mrs. Prenatt taught me, I have used in my daily life , Professional and Private, and I was blessed to have known her.
