Dear Curry Family,
Joanne was an aide in my first grade classroom at Eggert. I can't remember what year because it was toward the end of my time before retirement. The one thing that stays in my memory the most was her wonderful laughter, and her generous support of the kids and myself. Although I won't be able tatted the services for her, I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers. She has her wings now and is watching over you from above.

I only met Joanne a couple of times in the 80s because her dear sister Alison was my college roommate. The entire Hunter family was one of the most loving families I have ever met and my heart breaks for them and everyone in who knew and loved Joanne. May she Rest In Peace and live on in the hearts of everyone she touched.
