of Lynn McGrath and Sean
(Laurie) Fitzgerald; adoring papa of
Ryan Filipowicz, Katie (Rob) Moore,
Kelly Filipowicz, Alex (Jenna Desson)
Straiton, Ashley (Tyler Robinson) Straiton,
Michael McGrath, Paul Fitzgerald
and Kristen and Mary Heglin.
son of the late Alexander and Catharine
(Sullivan) Black; brother of the late
Alexander “Jim” (late Audrey) Black,
Late Joseph (Ruth) Black, late Mary
(Francis) Allman, and the late William
(Irene) Black. Also survived by many
nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends
and family may call Monday from 5:00-

FUNERAL HOME INC., (Southtowns
Chapel), 3155 Orchard Park Rd.,
A Mass of Christian Burial will be
celebrated on Tuesday at 9:30, at Our
Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 115
O’Connell St, Buffalo (please assemble
at the church). Jack was a lifelong Bills,
Sabres and Yankees Fan and he loved
nothing more than spending time with
his cherished family. In lieu of flowers,
donations may be sent to Hospice of
Buffalo and/or the O.L.P.H. Church
Renovation Fund.
