November 23, 2016, beloved son of the late Matthew and Mae (Grant) Higgins; dear cousin of Maryann Breen and family. Friends may call Tuesday from 4-7 PM at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME, INC. (Southtowns Chapel), 3155 Orchard Park Rd. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 11 AM at St. Rose of Lima Church, 500 Parker Ave., Buffalo, NY 14216 (please assemble at church). Interment to follow the Mass at Holy Cross Cemetery in Lackawanna, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Carmelite Monastery, 75 Carmel Rd., Buffalo, NY 14214.
