So sorry to hear about Kathy's passing. I first met her with Mike around 1967 and I knew then she was the right person for Mike. She was so interesting, smart, funny and strong. Some of my favorite memories when I was going to night school at Canisius, was going to Mike and Kathy's apartment on Thursday nights after our last class of the week. Not just me but any of my friends with me were invited. Hard cider, cheap wine and beer and pot were on the menu. We talked politics, music and whatever else was on our minds. Kathy and Mike let us stay overnight if we didn't want to make the ride home. Kathy and Mike were always gracious hosts. I saw them quite a bit when I moved back to Elmwood and they always made my day better. So, thank you, Kathy, for being a friend. You were special and I'll miss you. Peace and Love Pat Shine
