Brian, the wording of your mother's obituary is "spot on." She loved you and your family dearly, was so very proud of you and your children ( in a charming, not boastful way), and extremely grateful for your help and care. I will remember your Mom as a strong woman, yet soft-spoken, unfailingly kind in her opinions, always gracious, positive, and trusting in God. One left any encounter with your Mom feeling better. Of all your Dad's lessons, balance in life is the one which continues to most resonate; your Mom, undoubtedly, was his. May they both rest in peace.
