Passed away after a brief illness on
July 6, 2021. Beloved husband of
Katherine A. (Cross) Quinn; dear father
of Katherine E. (Timothy) Hourihan,
Susan M. (Scott) MacFarlane, Patricia
M. (Joseph Bonin) Quinn, Nancy E.
(Christopher) Gates and Sharon F.
(Frank) Drucker; loving grandfather of
11 grandchildren, and great-grandfather
of four; brother of the late Nancy Marie
Quinn. Friends and family are invited
to attend a Mass of Christian Burial
on Saturday at 11 AM at St. Martin
of Tours Church, 1140 Abbott Road,
Buffalo, NY. In lieu of flowers donations
may be sent to Canisius High School,
1180 Delaware Ave., Buffalo, NY
14209. Sponge retired from the U.S.
Post Office and Buffalo Raceway, he
was also a member of the Blackthorns
and the WNY Basketball Officials
IAABO Board 53.
