Obituary of Thomas E. Thompson

Passed away on August 23, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Sharon Thompson; loving companion of Virginia “Ginny” Pratt; loving father of Penny (Reynold Wierzba) Grinsell and Donna (William) Simcoe; loving grandfather of five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 4-8PM at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3155 Orchard Park Rd. in Orchard Park, NY, where a Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 9:30AM. A private burial will follow the services at the Maplewood Cemetery in Boston, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Boston Lions Club, P.O. Box 304, North Boston, NY 14110. After working decades with the USPS, he became the favorite coffee pourer at his wife and daughters’ restaurant the “Three Girls Café” in Boston, NY, and over the past 20 years he enjoyed interacting with our dear customers and community in his trademark pink shirt and black cowboy hat, he will missed by many.
