Passed away on August 28, 2021 after
a lengthy battle with Leukemia. Beloved
husband of Lori (Romanek) Simmons;
dear father of Alex and Caroline
Simmons; son of the late John and
Madonna (Procknal) Simmons; brother
of Cara Simmons, John Simmons and
Andy Simmons; son-in-law of Steve
and Judy (Golata) Romanek; brother-
in-law of Jennifer (Joey) Santora. He
will be missed by his nephews Sam
and Oliver; and his dog Lola Jean.
Friends and family may call on Friday,
from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM, at the JAMES
W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME, INC.,
3155 Orchard Park Road where a
Funeral Service will follow at 7:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be
sent to the Leukemia Society. Due to
the recent increase in health concerns
in our area, please consider wearing
a mask while visiting the Simmons
family wake and services.
