Passed away May 21, 2022, beloved
wife of John Gartelman; dear mother of
Carleen (Shaun) Conrad, Stephen and
Laura Gartelman; loving grandmother
of Jack, Grace and Brooke Conrad;
daughter of the late Norbert and Laura
(Woods) Schnorr; sister of Norbert
(Patricia), Laurie Ann Schnorr, Paula
Schnorr, Lisa (Francis) Geier, and
James (Donna) Schnorr; also survived
by many nieces and nephews. Friends
and family may call Thursday from 2-4
and 7-9 PM at the JAMES W. CANNAN
FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3155 Orchard
Park Road in Orchard Park, NY. A
Mass of Christian Burial will be held
on Friday, at 10 AM, at St. John Paul
II Parish, 2052 Lakeview Road in Lake
View, NY (please assemble at church).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be
sent to Roswell Park Institute c/o: The
Breast Clinic, Elm and Carlton Streets,
Buffalo, NY 14263. Karen taught for
many years at O.L.P.H. Southtowns
Catholic, St. Martin of Tours, Assistant
Principal at St. Thomas Aquinas
and Frontier Central Schools.
