Passed away after a brief illness on
August 28, 2022. Beloved husband
of Ellen (Hoffman) Kirchmeyer;
loving father of Elizabeth (Jeffrey)
Battaglia, Richard Kirchmeyer III,
Katharine (Ryan) Cassens and William
(Kristie) Kirchmeyer; devoted Papa to
Benjamin, Nicholas, James, Camden
and Madison; brother of Sheryl (David)
Penvose, Terri (Michael) Startek,
Tracey Kirchmeyer, Kim (James
Finch) Kirchmeyer and the late Debra
Pusateri; also survived by many loving
nieces and nephews. The family will be
present on Wednesday from 3-7 PM at
the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL
HOME, INC., 3155 Orchard Park
Road in Orchard Park, NY. A Mass of
Christian Burial will be celebrated on
Thursday at Nativity of Our Lord Church
in Orchard Park, NY at 10 AM. (Please
assemble at Church). The interment will
follow the mass at Nativity Cemetery.
