GRAHAM, Patricia (Coonly), passed away on December 8, 2022, beloved wife of the late William V. Graham Sr., dear mother of William (Kathleen) Graham Jr., Mary Graham and Paul (Kristin) Graham, loving grandmother of Matthew (Molly Dwyer) Graham, Bridget Graham, Kaitlin (Jason) Neville, Danny and Rita Graham, great grandmother of Quinn and Liam Neville, sister of late Thomas (late Geraldine) Coonly, late Eileen (late James) Pries, late Mary (late Richard) O’Dea and the late Joan (late Ronald) Kosmala, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at Queen of Heaven Church on Wed. Dec. 28th at 10:15AM. (no prior visitations and please assemble at the church).
