Passed away on March 23, 2023, beloved life partner of David Purcell, dear mother of Heather (Peter) Vicoria, loving grandmother of Lindsey (James) Bucki, Jessica, Steven and Lucas Vicoria, great-grandmother of Blaire, daughter of the late Dennis "Fran" and Aurora (Peluso) O’Neill, sister of Kenneth O'Neill and late John (Alicia) O'Neill. Family and friends may call on Tuesday, April 4th 2023 from 10-11 AM followed by a private memorial for family at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME, INC. 3155 Orchard Park Road in Orchard Park, NY. Our gratitude to the staff at Hospice Buffalo for their compassionate care and dedication. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Hospice Buffalo, 224 Como Park Blvd., Cheektowaga, NY 14225. Frances (Fran) spent 45 years working in the banking industry, retiring from M&T Bank. Her greatest love was her family, to whom she was deeply devoted and enjoyed spending time with.
