Q: What will you never forget about Jo-Ann?
A: In the last few months of her life, Alzheimer's stole her smile. Shortly after her passing, this picture from 8 yrs ago at my son's birthday party popped up on social media. Her smile was the light of our lives and it will dwell in our hearts forever.

Q: What will you never forget about Jo-Ann?
A: When I was younger and learned to drive, it was a big deal for me to drive to West Seneca and spend the day with Jo-Ann. We would have lunch together and then go to the West Seneca Mall shopping. Then there was our quiet talks with coffee and cookies. She was always so gracious and warm. God Speed Jo-Ann.
