Loving father of Melissa and Josh Conrad; Son of the late Robert and Monica (Dietrick) Conrad.
Brother of Greg (Margaret) Conrad, Nancy (late Peter) Deubell, Joan (Bob) Aquila, Michael (Kimberly) Conrad, and the late Karen (Robert) Bolm. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday at 11:30AM at Our Lady of Charity Parish (St. Ambrose Worship Site). Please assemble at church. Jack was a longtime and infamous member of the Cazenovia Men’s Golf Club. Online condolences at www.CANNANFH.com
