Devoted husband of Elizabeth "Beth" (Sullivan) Fulton Proud father of four Buffalo Firefighters; Liam (Mary Kay) Caulfield, Raymond (Brigid) Fulton, William P. (Toni) Fulton Jr., Daniel (Brittany Kempf) Fulton; and twin daughters Shelly Colligan Grieble and Sheila Colligan. Cherished grandfather to Hannah, Mairead, Brian, Declan, Adelynn, Margaret, Jane, Charlotte, Joey, Abigail, Mitchell, Josh and Gordon. Son of the late Earl "Bud" Fulton and Margaret "Madge" (Flanigan) Fulton. Dear brother to the late Peg (Dick) Gessert, late Tom (Pat) Fulton, Judy (Joe) McGurk, Mary (Dick) Canfield-Collins. Beloved brother in law to Dennis (Sue) Sullivan, Mary (Joe) Scanlon, Ray (late Ginny) Sullivan, Susan (Mick) Honan, Tom (Maureen Griffin) Sullivan, Joe (Patty) Sullivan, James (Ann) Sullivan, Joy (Pat Reid) Penders and the late Jerry (Bonnie) Son-in-law of the late Raymond F. and Margaret "Peg" (Whalen) Sullivan, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Lifelong pals with Terry Canfield, John "Slade" Otto, Dennis Ratchuk among many others and a friend to all he met. Wilbur retired from National Fuel Gas and was a retired bus driver with Orchard Park Schools. He was a proud veteran of the US. Marine Corps, local handyman and the funniest man to ever graduate from St. Teresa's. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Fantastic Friends of WNY. 1286 French Rd. Depew, NY 14086 or at www.fantasicfriendswny.org. A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday April 13th at 9:30AM at St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Please assemble at church. No prior visitation.
