Such a sweet, lovely woman who I instantly felt connected to on a short ride to the airport when her beautiful daughter (my bestie Elizabeth) was living in Texas. She also hosted a lovely brunch in NY last year and we discussed our love for Barbara Streisand!! I will think of her every time I watch Funny Girl. Heartfelt prayers to all that loved her.

Lauren was one of the first people I met as a service coordinator fresh out of college 20+ years ago! She made a huge impression on me! I have learned a lot from her also. I’ve always had a love for children and I always knew I wanted to go into this field. Lauren confirmed my love for my job as I watched her in her element with the little ones. She was like Mary Poppins to me, working with her “little muffins” she liked to call them. I had lunch with her in Oct. after my recent surgery and I loved every second of that! I’m sad that we won’t be able to have our January lunch date. I will never forget her laugh, love and smile. I always felt like she was my Mom away from home! I know she’s up there in heaven already making people smile! I will love you and miss you forever Miss Lauren! Xoxo
